What does it mean 'steal from me, and throw it in my face at every opportunity' type? I'm reading a romance novel where a girl meets a guy, and wonders what kind of man he is. "Is he a 'kiss and tell', and 'love them and leave them' type? Or worse, the 'steal from me, and throw it in my face at every opportunity' type?" I don't get what does it mean 'steal from me, and throw it in my face at every opportunity' type. Thanks in advance

Chris is right; it's difficult to be sure from the context. My guess is he's a man who steals her heart/love (or at least some sexual favor, even if it's just a kiss) then brings up his "conquest" to her every time he sees her.

'steal from me, and throw it in my face at every opportunity' I'm not really sure if "steal from me" is to be understood literally within the context of a relationship. Probably not. "Throw it in my face" probably means "remind me of it at every occasion"
