Help(question) Hello, everyone Please, could you help me? Please 1) Is it odd to use "have" here? "My dream is talking to you and having you actually pay attention to me." What should I say? 2) Would you use gerund or infinitive here? "Requirements to be a mayor: (to) be/being over 21 years old. Not having/Not (to have) nor ever (have) had any fiscal issues with the government...." ? And is it odd to say "Not having/have NOR EVER HAD any..."? Please I really need help

1. That usage is perfect. 2. Being; not having; nor having ever had. "Nor ever had" would be wrong. "Not having nor having ever had..." is correct and that's exactly how you'd see that on any sort of formal document.
