generally: Mobile suggests it the thing is designed to be moved from place to place. Mobile phone designed to be moved from place to place Moveable suggests it CAN be moved or is moveable in one place. The toy soldier had moveable arms, the arms stayed on the soldier but could be moved There are exceptions.
