Question(please) Hi, there Could you help me? 1) Do you use the present perfect or the simple past in this sentence? "I've read and I've been told /I read and I was told that you shouldn't say say theses words in the workplace, and (THAT) you should behave properly." And would you omit the second that? 2) Do you say a car finance contract or a car financing contract? And isn't odd to say "I crashed my car and I am still up to the fourth installment on it." .. Is it odd? "Up to the fourth installment on it"? Please..

Because you are implying importance to the situation of this sentence I would use simple past. Yes, use the second that. You say, a car finance contract. I crashed my car and I’m still on the fourth installment. Hope this helps.
