"I'm having a bad day" en español? I'm not looking for the literal translation, but phrases that capture the same meaning. For example, to say "I'm not in a good mood" I think of the phrase "Estoy de mal humor" Is there an equivalent for having a bad day?

Maybe you can say ''no tengo ganas de hacer tal cosa'' or maybe ''no estoy de humor para esto''. If you are having a bad day in Mexico we say ''me está llevando la fregada'' and the most properly way to say it is ''He tenido un día pesado''. I hope this can be of help for you!

I heard this sentence somewhere as well: Me lo estoy pasando un mal día.

"Estoy tieniendo un mal día" o... si tienes mucha confianza con la persona y quieres usar un lenguaje vulgar o de calle, puedes decir: "estoy teniendo un día de mierda" o "vaya mierda de día tengo hoy"
