1) "Gonna" is not a real word but a slang blending of to words "going to". So if you want to be correct you'd say "I'm going to live my life as if I had no plan" but replacing "going to" with "gonna" is fine in an informal tense. You could also further shorten the sentence by using the adverb "spontaneously" which means "without a plan" so it could become "I'm gonna live my life spontaneously" or even "i'm gonna live a spontaneous life" 2) this sentence is perfect

Only one correction: For number 1, you should say "I'm gonna" instead of "I gonna." Everything else sounds quite natural. good job.

I am going to(gonna is informal) live my life as if I had no pain. The second sentence is okay.
