They are informal spoken language.
In speech 「って」 is often used in place of formal particles as 「は」「と」「も」
「って言ったって」 can be substituted with 「と言っても」
「と言っても」 is a phrase meaning "although ~ say/said that ~" or "even though ~ say/said that"
And 「いいのになって」 would be 「いいのになと」 and the latter part of the sentence like 「思う」 is omitted.
Also in 「食べちゃうから」, the latter part is omitted. 「から」 is a conjunction meaning "because" or "so" and maybe 「大丈夫」「心配しないで」 are omitted. (it depends on the context.)
