A house with views, a house with a view , are both correct? I 've always heard: a room with a view because it's the book's title, but could I use it in the plural? I d like to have a house with views to the sea / that overlooks the sea Which one is more natural to say? Thank you

It's more natural to say "a house with a view", because usually even though there are many rooms, the view is usually of the same scenery. For instance, an oceanfront home could have three rooms that look out over the ocean, so they are technically the same "view". However, if you have a house in Hawaii and can see the ocean from one side of the house, and the mountains from the other, you could say "views". :)

When you are talking about a specific "view" then it is more natural to use the singular. For example, I want a view of the sea. I would like a view of the mountains. If you are talking about a "view" in general (without a specific choice) then the plural can work. I want a house with fantastic views. There are great views from my bedroom window. Also when you are talking about "view" in the singular you would usually use "of" and then followed by the noun. A view OF the sea A view OF the mountains A view OF the city I find it helps to think of "a view" as a picture. You would talk about the subject of a picture by using "of" (this is a picture OF an orange). "a view" works in the same way. Hope that helps.
