It seems like anyone who is asked this question says "I would give it to the poor", but when is the last time you heard of someone winning the lottery and actually giving it away? Hmmmm

Oh mon Dieu:D If i win the lottery, the first thing which ı'll do is shopping without any limititation. Of course I wanna help the needy persons, but it'll come later my shopping. It seems you kinda selfish thing, yet I cannot hide my inner feelings about this issue. :D:D
