If you can't find the Big Pink Button "Answer this Question". that means this question was already answered and closed.
You can view those answers only, but can't post your own comments.

You will find a BIG PINK BUTTON saying " ANSWER THIS QUESTION"

Hello Syed,

When you see the question, click on it. Underneath it there is a box "Answer this question" .Click it and you' ll get an empty box,where you can type your answer, then click 'submit' for it to appear there.
Is this what you are asking about ?
