Like it was said in the answer above, reincarnation is a possibility of soul to change a bodies after one's death. And your next body depends on your behavior during the last life. According to Buddhism, the good people's souls will get the bodies of noble-creatures. Bad people will be able to reincarnate to a stone or something bad. That's not a parapsychology but a religion of East's folks.

reincarnation is a doctrine that your soul came from a previous form of existence and that when you die you will be reborn into another life..i guess its a part of parapyschology..
