When I jogged yesterday, I got a nosebleed. Because I often get nosebleeds, I could deal with the accident calmly. I stopped jogging and pushed my handkerchief on my nose to stop bleeding.
I want to tell you about my first time of getting a nosebleed during jogging.
It happened when I jogged 1 km away from my home. All of a sudden, I felt something flowed from my nose, of course it was blood. As I didn't have either a towel or tissues, I couldn't do anything and sat down there for a while. I didn't know how to deal with it and felt helpless.
At that time an old man passing there for a walk asked me what happened to me, then he realized I got a nosebleed. He handed me his handkerchief without hesitation and took me to his home which was 30 meter away from there to wash my face. I really appreciated his kindness.
Robert De Niro said " The best reason to carry a handkerchief is to lend it" in The Intern, and I think it is very true. (In my case what wiped with it was not tear but blood, so I bought a new handkerchief and gave him back later)
