Hi. I have a question. What do you think that you need to communicate the persons who are the same working place? I have a part time job in the café. The students of employments talk with the each other, but for me, I don’t need to talk with employees each other. I don’t continue the part time job. The contract is not forever and I will find that the different of the full time employee. Therefore, I have a question that what do I need that relationship on the part time job.

Hi. I have a question. What do you think about communicating with your co-workers while working together ? I’m doing a part time job in a café. There co-workers communicate with each other but I don’t usually communicate with them.It’s not a permanent job the contract will last someday.So I don’t feel I need to communicate with them. Therefore, I want to ask that do I need to maintain the workplace relationship in part time jobs?
