I am a patient, passionate teacher. I care about my students and am committed to their success. In my classroom, I strive to create a safe environment where students can conquer their fear of making mistakes while improving accuracy and increasing confidence. To make learning fun, I use lots of role play activities, games and props.My lessons & teaching style
I believe that English is best learned through conversation. I start each lesson with a prompt, like a photo, current event, or a YouTube video. As we talk, you will learn new vocabulary words, sentence structures, important grammar points, and correct pronunciation.
In general, I like to give you the opportunity to practice at least two of each of the four main skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) in each lesson. This way you can learn through doing.
In terms of topics covered in the classes, I'm happy to adapt to your goals and interests. In our first class, we can discuss what what you're hoping to achieve through these classes and how you learn best.My teaching material
