I'm Fatima. I've been teaching Turkish, my mother tongue, to individuals who like Turkish and have lived around the world for a considerable time. I have earned three university degrees, and I'm still studying. I enjoy learning new languages due to my profession, but I primarily teach English, Turkish, and Arabic. Years ago, I started teaching the Turkish language to Syrian children in Turkey as a volunteer. I decided to pursue this career professionally after realizing how rewarding it is to teach languages and how content it makes me feel.Me as a Teacher
🎓🎓 If I were to discuss my lessons, I would say that they are supported with videos, pictures, audio recordings, flashcards, books, and PDFs. In addition, I use tools like Google Class, Book Widget, and Powerpoint. I develop my own material and refer to a number of textbooks. After each class, I provide the materials I have prepared to my students, 📈 maintaining constant communication with them. I give my students certain quizzes, assignments, and exercises; I then evaluate them alongside offering feedback 📈.My lessons & teaching style
💬 💬 In my first lesson, I discuss the student's motivations for learning Turkish and the topics he/she wants to concentrate on 💬. I assess the students before, during, and after the lessons to assess overall proficiency. At the end of the lesson, I design a lesson plan that is appropriate for the student's level. 🎯 I use auxiliary language in the initial sessions with a student who is familiar with Turkish from the beginning, but I only employ Turkish in the subsequent lessons! Considering that this is the most efficient and fastest method of learning the intended language.

Fatma is such a great Turkish teacher! She is really organised with good resources to help with long-term learning and is really helped me with my Turkish by giving me good tips on vocabulary and grammar as well as slowing down to be able to match my level. Really recommend!

Fatma is a very patient and flexible teacher. She is very good at adapting her speaking tempo to my (still quite limited) listening ability. Materials are good and she makes me speak. Audio and video quality are very good. Thumbs up!
