I have taught friends and family English when they had interests, coached new university students who came to study in the UK for the first time, mentored graduates searching for jobs, and proof-read university-level essays for graduates. I am supportive to students with different abilities who wish to learn for their specific needs. I am also insightful and can guide you through where you need to improve the most. I really enjoying teaching and sharing what I know without reservation, so I’ll be there to help you achieve your language goals in the most effective way possible.

My teaching will mainly be conversational, helping you to become a confident user of English in your desired settings, but also help correct your pronounceation, grammar and accent along the way. I'll do this from the angle of helping you understand English speakers' different way of thinking compared to Chinese so that you have the immersive experience to really see why you need to describe something in a certain way and why a particular word is used rather than the other etc. I believe understanding the mentality and developing this language sense is fundamental and key to master English as a language.

今天老师教我先学会审题，然后列出我要写的point，再进行扩展。人生第1次终于知道如何审题了。之前总是认为自己审题已经很棒了，没有想到审题是这么审。(*꒦ິ⌓꒦ີ)

老师纠正完我写的作文后，发现我的作文论据不清晰🙈，还有些细节需要注意。
1)开头的话我之前会照抄题目，需要parafrase;
2)中间：我的论点不明确，不能充分的进行论证。
Should be：明确要讨论的几个论点，每个论点有原因+结果；
3）结尾我可能会提出新的概念
Should be：一句话总结讨论，不要引出新的概念
