I am a native English and Mathematics teacher with 4 and half years of experience teaching at a state school in South Africa. In my experience I have been teaching native Africans who are English second language students and are fairly new to the language.
I love teaching English, Mathematics, life skills and physical education. I am a compassionate and understanding teacher who creates a safe space for all students to feel comfortable to learn.Me as a Teacher
I am a native English speaker with 4 and a half years of teaching experience. I am a fun and exciting teacher and I am known for my approachable attitude and compassionate nature. I am passionate about helping others to learn new and exciting elements to help them succeed in life as well as make a positive impact on their lives as learning English can be overwhelming for many students out there. I am keen on teaching students from other countries and be exposed to the various cultures of the world.My lessons & teaching style
The focus of my lessons revolve around the student, ensuring that I am teaching to their level of understanding thus helping developing their strengths and improving their weaknesses. The aim of each class is to develop a healthy and productive teacher-student relationship and create a safe space for my students to feel comfortable to learn as I tailor each lesson to suit their needs.
