I chose to become an iTalki English tutor because of my desire to break the language barriers between people. As the language barriers are demolished it then becomes possible for different people of different backgrounds to communicate. I have a Finance degree. I have taken an English elective and done TOEFLs and SATs and passed both. Moreover, I have also taken an Educational Psychology elective which has equipped me with the know how of teaching different kinds of students.My lessons & teaching style
With the knowledge that I have gained from the Educational Psychology elective that I have taken during my schooling days at the University, I have come to know that each student has their own way of learning. Therefore, I plan on getting to know my students better and if they are fast learners or slow leaners and just taking it up from there. I also believe in giving out homework that each student will do at their own spare time and we will be revising it in our next learning session.My teaching material
