I am a 32 year old female from Johannesburg, South Africa. I have an associate’s degree in financial accounting from the University of Johannesburg as well as a Bachelor of Law degree in international politics from the Beijing Language and Culture University. During the course of last 2020, I was able to enroll for a TEFL program and I am proud to say that I passed with distinction. Whilst studying in China, I taught English as a second language part time to kids and adults. The majority of my students where Chinese students who were preparing to write English exams that would eventually enable them to study abroad. At the moment I still committed to continuing as an online tutor/teacher.Me as a Teacher
I strongly believe that teaching needs to be fun and relaxed in order to create the best possible outcome for my students. I am therefore very conscious of creating a fun and relaxed learning environment that caters to the needs of the individual studentMy lessons & teaching style
My teaching style is to specifically cater to the needs of the individual students. My teaching style is fun and relaxed but most importantly it is disciplined. My job is to make my students comfortable enough in the area of the English language where they feel they lack the most. My intention is to be very conversational so as to boost the confidence of my learners. More than satisfactory results is the end goal.My teaching material
