During my master's degree I've did an online class about Brazil with german classmates, and I've felt that the lack of previous knowledge about Brazil made a lot harder for them to understand part of the content. That experience led me to create a plan focused on news so that students learn Portuguese and brazilian reality jointly

My "learning with the news" proposal is to use news about any matter of the student's individual interest: politics, economy, traveling, sports, music, culture, etc, also using any kinds of journalistisc content that interests the student, being written, audiovisual or radiophonic, always in a fun experiece-focused approach.
Minha proposta de "aprender com as notícias" é de usar notícias sobre qualquer assunto do interesse individual do estudante: política, economia, turismo, esportes, música, cultura, etc, também usando qualquer tipo de conteúdo jornalístico que interesse o(a) estudantes, seja escrito, audiovisual ou radiofônico, sempre com uma abordagem leve e focada na experiência.My teaching material

"Fantastic" would be an understatement! Vinicius is incredibly friendly and seems to adapt easily to the needs of each student. After describing the ideas he had come up with, he asked me several questions about what I was looking for during future classes. I think that his classes will help me have a better understanding of Brazilian politics and society, as well as the language itself.
