About Me

Hello! I am an English primary school teacher from the beautiful South Africa. When I am not in the classroom, you will find me in the kitchen, on a hiking trail or working on a creative project for my learners. I love connecting with students and I have taught students from the ages 5 to 12. I am very friendly, patient and empathetic. My studies in education and my experience in teaching has enabled me to enhance my interpersonal skills, I am easy to get along with and I am very understanding.

Me as a Teacher

I am very fun, patient and understanding. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about new cultures, My hobbies include baking, dancing, taking my puppy for a walk and reading. I am very passionate about helping people where I can which is why I chose to become a teacher.

My lessons & teaching style

My lessons are very fun, engaging and knowledgeable. I employ a variety of tools to make the classroom stimulating. I make use of visual aids and props to make the lessons interesting and I also make use of practice activities to give the students an opportunity to practice what they have learnt, Moreover, my teaching style is student focused in order to cater for all the needs of the student according to their level.
