你好， Hello， Hej！ My name is William and I am born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. I consider myself a very curious person, I love reading books, psychology, philosophy, and history are a few of my favorite subjects. I have studied the Chinese language at 华东师范大学 in Shanghai. I'm also very passionate about cooking. What gets me excited is to travel and try different cuisines from all around the world. Since eating and reading is a big part of my life I have to compensate with a lot of physical activities, luckily for me I love doing sports as well, swimming and water activities in particular! Long hikes in nature are not too bad either :)Me as a Teacher
I have a deep passion for language and I believe that communication is of great importance, focusing on good communication with every student, gives me the possibility to attend to every student's particular need. What I love about teaching is the possibility to develop a strong relationship, I want all of my students to do well, improve their language skills and also have fun along the way.My lessons & teaching style
As a language student myself I can say that the most valuable lessons are the ones when you get to speak. I do believe that grammar is important, especially if you have an exam to pass. However, speaking is in my opinion the quickest way to improve your language skills. By having a conversation your brain starts looking for the vocabulary that you have previously learned, and then it will start creating sentences, for every time you re-use the word that you have learned, it will get into your long-term memory. It is very exciting and fun to speak a foreign language, I will mainly focus on having fun and letting you speak as much as possible, I will help you with grammar if needed.5.0
