About Me

I'm originally from the UK but now currently living abroad.
I worked in London Underground in customer service for over 10 years & loved helping tourist for their best adventures.
I enjoy gardening, nature walks, arts and crafts & cooking.Me as a Teacher
I have been tutoring local children for the past 3 years, helping with Homework projects and their general pronunciations. I enjoy seeing their grades going from strength to strength.
I stumbled upon iTalki last year and have loved the remote online working every since.
I am currently (July 2022) studying the TEFL Level 5 course, to better my understanding on what students need from me. Therefore at the moment I am only concentrating on providing informal conversation practice which involves no preparation or homework.My lessons & teaching style
I have many and open questions, whatever subject you would prefer.
If its your pronunciations you would like to focus on I can help with this.
Finding new phrases, slang words or adverbs to inject into your vocabulary from person to person, is what I'm best at.
I like to go with the flow, but also get students thinking about the basics, past, present and future tense. Although my questions may seem silly, there is method in my madness :)
I do have flashcards and many resources for the younger audience, but please specify your needs.
I have a list of conversation topics to practice on if desired. There will never be an awkward moment.My teaching material
