Hi, I'm Susan Hallo, ich bin Susanne Bonjour, je m'appelle Suzanne :) As a native speaker I like teaching German because I'm kind of fascinated by languages. I was born and raised in Germany, but currently live in France. German is my native language; I got an intermediate French-level; I would consider my English more or less fluent; and also I started learning Arabic, which I'm still a beginner at. I'm normally a total introvert but when it comes to learning languages you (obviously) have to talk to other people, which I actually really enjoy. I study Media Design and love drawing and being creative.

Me as a Teacher

I don't have much experience as a teacher, I just know what it's like to really wanna learn a language and become fluent in it. I really hope we can have a good time together.

My lessons & teaching style

At the beginning I would really like to know the reason you want to learn German. If we know what your goal is, we can work toward that. Also, I would like to learn with methods that you prefer and work well for you. Normally that includes daily conversations about things that interest you, describing pictures, doing homework with you, talking about grammar, providing you sheets, giving you tips... I will try my best to adapt to your needs.

What a wonderful lesson! Susanne is an absolute joy to converse with and creates a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere so you feel comfortable speaking even when you make mistakes. She's also very open and attentive what the student's wishes and needs are. Highly recommended!
