Hello! My name is Laino and I am for the beautiful and sunny South Africa. I have a Senior Paralegal diploma in commercial law, a Higher Certificate in banking Service Advise as well as being certified to teach English as a foreign language. English and Afrikaans are my native languages and I speak intermediate Zulu and Sotho I am also a beginner in Portuguese.My hobbies are singing although I can't promise you that I am good at it 😉,listening to music, reading novels, watching movies, love for the outdoors, socializing with friends and family, and cooking. I love working, interacting and meeting new people, one of the reasons why I have a love for teaching.

Me as a Teacher

Three things most of my students Love about me are that: (1) I am friendly ,polite ,fun ,calm ,patient ,attentive, adaptive and reassuring, which makes my students comfortable and confident in their speaking and helps improve their English, (2)I bring a positive atmosphere during lessons. I encourage my students to have a voice, questions and interact during lessons and (3)I believe in the fact that we learn by making mistakes. I give correction when they speak and explain so that it makes sense in order for my students to learn something new in every lesson.

My lessons & teaching style

My classes are based on: Free conversation ,Grammar ,Confidence building, Public speaking ,Punctuation ,Pronunciation ,or anything you would like help with all while being relaxed, informative and always fun-filled. I have been tutoring and teaching Adults, young teens and children(voluntary).
