Hello! My name is Tate, and I'm a graduate student from Atlanta, Georgia, in the United States. I have a very neutral accent, clear pronunciation, and effectively communicate ideas. I love to travel; I have been to 72 countries. I have taught in more than 4 countries on 4 continents. I am currently studying for my MsC/MBA, and I hold a bachelors degree in English. I am also TEFL certified and assessment certified.

I have been teaching for over 12 years. As a teacher, I believe that it is my responsibility to ensure that my students, through getting to know them, my role is to facilitate and guide their learning. I have won teacher of the year awards for my excellent teaching, guided practice, and continuous feedback and development on more than one occasion. I believe in making language-learning fun and enjoyable, incorporating current events, culture, and cultural elements into my lessons to help enrich my students' experiences.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are dynamic and engaging. I take a very personal approach to helping you learn a language, and I always find a way to make every lesson fun and student-centred. I create various learning resources that touch on at least three learning styles for each lesson. I combine pedagogical approaches with fun, active and personalized lessons for each student.
When teaching children, I use many visuals to stimulate their minds.I use activities, games and other engaging resources to get you speaking without interruption.
When teaching adults, I use conversation and note any new grammar or vocabulary to review later. I ask the right questions for student-led lessons.My teaching material

I was then promoted to a Lead Teacher position managing 3 schools and a staff of 16. I was a Lead Teacher for 3 years and I was then promoted to a Teacher Trainer position. I worked as a Teacher Trainer while also teaching virtually. My manager was promoted into the assessment unit, he asked me to join him and thus I took the promotion and now I work as an Assessment Specialist .
