Hay dos pilares de la enseñanza que considero importantes. En primer lugar, la voluntad (WILL) o los ánimos que un profesor pone en sus clases. Sin la ganas de enseñar, difícilmente el estudiante puede aprender. En segundo lugar, la paciencia (PATIENCE). Comprender el ritmo de aprendizaje del estudiante es crucial para su progreso, así que el profesor debe enseñar en el mismo nivel que el estudiante aprende.
