2018 - 2020
Third and Second Grade Teacher Teach for AmericaCompleted first year as a third grade General Education teacher at a Title 1 school with 84% of student population of English Learners. Saw students grow on average 1.13 years in reading in one year and some students improve up to 76% on their math diagnostic exam from beginning to end of the year (2018-2019). Taught second grade in my second year (2019-2020) and for the last four months taught online due to COVID-19.
2020 - 2020
Online Math Tutor Splash LearnTaught online on the online platform of Splash Learn during the pandemic summer. Worked one on one with students from first grade to eighth grade and followed the math curriculum provided by Splash Learn. Completed feedback daily for all students and received positive feedback from parents.
2020 - 2021
Language Assistant Ministerio de EducaciónCurrently working as an Auxiliar de Conversación (Language Assistant) at a Bilingual secondary school in Alcorcón (outside of Madrid). Teaching 12-18 year-olds all areas of the English language; from grammar, conversation, writing, reading, and listening skills and comprehension.

As usual, lessons very organized, Emma is very professionnal, she is very patient, she is teaching my 10 years boy, and everytime she enriches the lessons with games, interactive activities, she is repeating slowly, she is writing all the sentences. Two words : THANKKKKK YOUU !
