About Me

I became a Spanish and English teacher 11 years ago and I have worked with students of all ages: kids (6 years and older), teenagers and adults from many countries and I dedicate my free time to learn more about how people learn languages, because I think that good teachers are always learning. I have also trained students to speak Spanish or English to be successful in different areas such as: Engineering, business, medicine and test preparation; so I keep with me a large library of resources dedicated to teach the Spanish or English you need in these areas. Me as a Teacher

If you are a beginner we will concentrate on grammar, pronunciation and communication from the very first day. This will help build your confidence. No confidence equals to no communication. If you are an intermediate student, we will work on correcting bad habits that you are maybe carrying with you since you started to learn any of these languages. We will also build vocabulary and strengthen your grammar. If you are a C1 student aka advanced student we will work on your fluency. How? By speaking every minute of your lesson. You will take over the lesson by talking about the latest news topics. Enseño inglés a estudiantes de todos los niveles: Básico, intermedio y C1.

My lessons & teaching style

The activities we will mostly do in our lessons are: Pictures description Commenting on a video Knowing when to use slangs and idioms listening to a piece of information followed by discussion questions and answers around a topic that has already been discused Toefl preparation if you are studying English Dele preparation if you are studying Spanish Grammar and communication exercises that relate to the activities in your life Discussion of culture topics Tests and quizzes that I prepare according to your professional field And other activities that you will enjoy if you choose me as your tutor Toma una clase de inglés conmigo y podrás entender toda la descripción de mi perfil.
