ANNOUNCEMENT: I'm getting really busy at my day job, so I'm taking a break from iTalki for now! I really enjoyed teaching all of you, and hope you continue to study English! All the best! Hello, I'm Sam from Singapore! I taught English in Japan for two years. Everyone said that my lessons were fun and easy to understand. I have the CELTA certification too. “I studied English in school, but I can't speak confidently.” “I need to use English at work, but it's so difficult!” Don't worry! Let's practice a lot, and you will surely improve!

Me as a Teacher

I'm experienced in teaching English to adult learners at all levels — Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Normally, I use a neutral accent based on British pronunciation, and use British spelling when writing. However, I can teach American pronunciation and spelling if needed.

My lessons are fun and relaxed. You will talk a lot, and learn natural ways to express yourself.
