My name is Rafael, I'm Brazilian from Belo Horizonte and I can talk in English, Portuguese (mother tongue), Spanish and Italian. I'm also trying to learn some French =)
I have a PhD in International Relations and my research agenda is focused on the development and politics of Latin American and African countries.
Regarding hobbies and other interests, I really love soccer, dancing forró (Brazilian kind of dance), listening to different kinds of music, hanging out with friends, and traveling around Brazil and other countries as well!Me as a Teacher

I am visiting Brazil and wanted to take some Portuguese lessons to learn some basic words and phrases. Rafael was very helpful in preparing me for various situations such as eating at restaurants, calling a taxi, etc that I expect to have. I highly recommend him!
