Jeff Meyer

I've had 13 lessons with Jeff so far. I feel like I'm making good progress and continue to find Jeff organized, with excellent PowerPoint materials, and able to explain the grammatical concepts clearly.

I've been having weekly lessons with Jeff for over 8 months now and I've learnt so much! Jeff is a wonderful teacher. He is always organized with his own material for the lessons, introducing me to new words, grammar, usage examples, and cultural differences. While also leaving enough time to converse, address mistakes, and ask questions, allowing me to practice the new Indonesian I've learnt in real conversation. I also like his friendly, honest, non-judgmental way of teaching and offering advice. He also puts a lot of effort into making his own YouTube content for learning Indonesian, along with a podcast. I highly recommend trying Jeff if you want to learn Indonesian!

Today we had a free conversation and it was pleasant to speak with Jeff about nothing and everything. Thank you, Jeff!

Another excellent lesson with Jeff. I had not spoken Indonesian for many months and Jeff helped me to speak for nearly an entire hour in Indonesian! His English is incredibly good as well so whenever I needed help we could use English. However, he always encourages me to speak in Indonesian which is really useful. He is the first tutor I have ever booked a lessons package with as his lessons are always great and he is always well-prepared, punctual and friendly. Thank you so much Jeff!
