About Me

Hello, I am a language mentor, and I live in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. I love to travel and learn new languages. I was raised speaking English and loved reading and writing from a young age. My favourite subjects were literature, business, history and art. I have a diploma in animation and media arts and C1 French. I also have a BA in Entrepreneurship. I love teaching and learning and look forward to every opportunity that I get the chance to.

Me as a Teacher

I am very friendly and patient. I understand how sometimes learning and practising a new language can be difficult, and I am here to make it less frustrating and more fun. I have four years of experience teaching English, from volunteering and teaching an adult English class in Rwanda to work in the Language Support Department at my university (Africa Leadership University) to create and facilitate English classes. I have also been a language student and understand how to make the learning experience more enjoyable and exciting.

Through this, I will be able to prepare lessons that suit your personal or professional goals, and we can work out a timeline and work together to ensure that you meet your goals. My teaching style is very engaging and fun and involves a lot of practice and exploration.
