About Me

I was born in Japan and I am a Japanese native speaker. I have lived in Tennessee, US for 3 years. In Tennessee, I spend my life playing with kids, teaching Japanese to students, etc. So, I understand the difficulties and funs of continuing to learn languages and living abroad. Before coming to US, I worked in the hotel as a concierge in Tokyo for 10 years. So, I can teach you the correct Japanese business manners. My hobbies are doing Zumba, reading books, and watching anime.

Me as a Teacher

I am friendly and always do my best to help your study! So please let me know your requests or what you want to learn in my class. I have experiences to have personal Japanese lessons for students in the US. I can talk a wide varieties of topics including Japanese manga, books, business manners, differences of Japanese and US cultures, etc.

My lessons & teaching style

Let's talk Japanese as much as possible in my class, but I can support some conversions using English. I have two types of lessons; free talk and writing correction. For the free talk lesson, we talk the topics what you want to talk or recent articles. Also, I can teach a Japanese grammar using textbooks. I can do lessons based on what you want to learn and your Japanese level, please feel free to let me know. For the writing correction, I can do spell check and teach you the natural expression for business emails, resume, etc. I have a certification in business manners, so I can teach you practical expressions.
