About Me

Hello! My name is Marián and I am a Spanish language teacher from Spain. I love learning about languages, that’s why I studied Modern Languages, Culture, and Communication at the Autonomous University of Madrid and completed a Spanish Language master's degree (at the same university). Teaching is a passion of mine: I have been tutoring since high school, in different situations. I have worked as a teacher assistant at "Study Abroad at UAM" in the Autonomous University of Madrid, and I am experienced in teaching online as well, due to the current state of the world with Covid.

Me as a Teacher

I can help you prepare for DELE/SIELE, or just have tutoring/conversational sessions. With my teaching experience and as a language learner myself of English, French and Mandarin Chinese, I understand your learning process, and will help you and guide you through it!

My lessons & teaching style

My lessons are dynamic, always supported with useful online resources, which my students tend to point out to be one of their favourite parts about the way that I teach. I make my best to provide real examples of the Spanish language of interest to the student and to create with them useful learning units. I also make sure to adapt to the way my students learn and to their objectives, in order to help their motivation and improvement, and I search for personalized entertainment resources for practice out of class.
