About Me

Hi, I am a citizen of the world with a very strong connection with Tibetan buddhism. I was born in Venezuela, moved to Spain as a teen, and soon after started to travel to India and Nepal, where I stayed in monasteries, learned Tibetan language, learn Buddhism, met amazing teachers and practiced. Latter I did the traditional three years retreat and then some solo retreat. Before retreat, while in retreat and afterwards I have been interpreting and translating Tibetan into Spanish and English. I algo have a degree in physics, and I am working on my master's thesis in neuroscience, which is about the beneficial effects of meditation.

Me as a Teacher

Along the years I have been teaching Tibetan to many dharma brothers and sisters. My own learning experience, practice of buddhism and a lot of written material have helped me with that. Adapting the clases to the student's interest and time availability.

My lessons & teaching style

For beginners we have to start with the alphabet, but I include some vocabulary along the way to make it more dynamic. For those with basic knowledge we can move into conversation or into reading and understanding the texts, depending on what you prefer. I customize my classes according to your interest. If you are interest in the Dharma we focus on that, if you are interest in colloquial conversation we focus on that...
