About Me

I have a passion to teach Japanese, friendly, patient, and a good listener. When I lived in Japan, I worked for a major Japanese company for over 13 years. I have a Qualified as secretary in Japan (Level1/Highest), so I can teach you basic telephone skills in a Japanese company and formal Japanese if you request in advance. However, I’m NOT certificated teacher and not fluent in English, so I might not be the best one to answer your grammatical questions sometimes especially for beginners. But, I try find answers and get it back to you as soon as possible. I try to do my best anytime for you.My lessons & teaching style
◆Informal Conversation
I believe the best way to learn Japanese is to speak Japanese as much as possible. I want you try to speak Japanese as much as you can in my lesson. First goal to be able to communicate smoothly, and then learn new vocabularies, pronunciation and expressions. Please feel free to talk to me as if you were talking to a friend.
If you have request, please let me know beforehand. I'll try to do my best for your request.

I just finished my second lesson with Saki-san! She is very patient with me, which I greatly appreciate as I am not very confident with my speaking skills and forget a lot of things. She is also very helpful when I get stuck thinking of vocabulary and forming sentences. After the lesson is finished she sends me a list of the new vocabulary/vocabulary I was unsure of, which is very useful because she explains the meaning of the words and also gives me example sentences for practice. I am looking forward to having a lot more speaking practice with Saki-san - it is hard to practice speaking skills but she makes it fun! ありがとうございました!
