Hello, I'm Daniel and I'm from England. I have lived in four different countries and enjoy learning languages: I have studied almost 20, both independently and at university. I am currently a student at the University of York where I am studying for a MSc in Linguistics on a theoretical syntax pathway.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, spending time with my dogs, going on day trips, and watching Netflix.Me as a Teacher

I have worked as an English teacher for the last decade in Russia, France and the UK both independently and in private language schools and state schools. I have also held the position of Director of Studies for a private school. I hold a number of teaching certificates from Cambridge ESOL as well as a postgraduate diploma in Applied Linguistics.My lessons & teaching style
I use a principled methodology, meaning all that I do during lessons is informed by research into how people learn languages. I favour a lexical approach to my teaching as this allows students to build up confidence in speaking with automaticity and also makes what you say sound more natural.

It is our second lesson and I really enjoyed this! Daniel is always prepared. I liked , that he was prepared a test for our first lesson to understand my level and now we work with my tasks and grammar mistakes
