About Me

Hi, I am Althea but you can call me Thea. I am a positive person who has an enthusiastic outlook on life. I love teaching because I can help others improve their skills. It gives me joy and excitement meeting learners around the world. I get well with all kinds of people. I like everything I do to be well-organized. My hobbies include music and I started learning calligraphy because I love writing. I have two beautiful daughters and they are my inspiration and the source of my happiness, they are also my first students.

Me as a Teacher

My techniques in teaching are very easy so students won't feel pressured and uncomfortable in my class. I finished my 120 hour TEFL or Teaching English as a Foreign Language course that's why I am TEFL certified. As a new teacher, I am excited about the opportunity to begin my career. In my class, I work with wonderful enthusiasm and positivity. I'm interested in many different topics, and I'm happy to focus on my learners' goals.

My lessons & teaching style

The style of the lesson will depend upon the students to ensure that they are enjoying. But I will also demonstrate and explain the lessons clearly and properly. I will give the students lesson materials and guides for them to learn more and can adapt to the lessons easily. I will enhance the learning process of students by making studies more fun and to develop their communication skills . My way of teaching is very easy so students won't feel pressure and uncomfortable in my class.
