In August 2017, I obtained the CELTA certificate and have since been teaching English as my career. I am a team player and a diligent teacher. In group classroom settings, I gained the ability of managing classrooms and group activities and I always build good rapport with my students. In my online teaching experience, I do my own recruiting, curriculum planning, material designing and teaching, dedicated to bringing the most suitable lesson plans for each student.My lessons & teaching style

Staff GBAShipsGBA Ships is a non-profit organization based in Germany. It operates a floating book ship that strives to bring knowledge, help and hope to the world. It was a cross-culture environment where I gained culture awareness, good communication skills and leadership experience.
I worked three years with the organization as a bookfair staff, a finance office assistant, and a Public Ministries Department Administrator.
2016 - 2017
Consultant New Seashore OverseasNew Seashore is an agency based in Kunming, China. It provides services for students looking to study overseas. My responsibilities there were to provide advisory to clients, translate application documents, provide professional help with applications and continue to follow up with clients in foreign countries. My other main responsibility was to provide English language trainings including TOEFL, iTEP, and interview trainings.
2018 - 2019
English Teacher GJUN EnglishGjun Language Institute is an adult language learning institute. My main responsibility in Gjun is to teach assigned English courses and provide after-class tutoring.
2019 - 2022
English teacher AmazingTalkerAmazingtalker is a platform for teaching online. My main responsibility is to recruit students, design personal course plans for students, plan and schedule lesson time for each student and carry out the lessons. I teach students of all ages, with a focus on TOEFL test.
