About Me

I Love teaching and each interaction I have with a student is special.
Teaching music for six years in the public schools, and over ten years privately, I have experience with students of all ages and abilities.
Finding where a student is and helping them with the next best step for them is what I strive for. I am here to help you through your struggles and through your successes.
I am flexible in that I can create lessons that are structured or we can just talk informally and have a nice conversation.My lessons & teaching style
Lessons are created from the unique interest of the student.
Each student is unique, and each lesson will help you reach your goals in a way that is best for you.
All the materials in our lessons will fit your level of understanding and your area of interest.
We will be talking in your first lesson!
I will also get to know what kind of learning will be best for you.
Language starts with speaking and listening, then reading, then writing.
We will do all four in our lessons and in your practice.
