Hello! My name is Katie and I'm from the United States. I just graduated with my BA in biological sciences and I have my TQUK Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (RQF).
At my college, I was a biology tutor for three years and I've also tutored in chemistry and calculus for the past year, so if you can't tell, I love science! But, I also enjoy teaching English and I've had experience teaching English to students of all ages and all levels.
I love spending time with my family and friends, reading, traveling, spending time outside, and making new friends! I also played field hockey in college, so I love to stay active by going on runs or going to the gym.Me as a Teacher
I have been a tutor since 2018. I'm a native English speaker with a standard American accent. My first priority is getting you comfortable with the English language, no matter what level you're starting at! I'm a very warm and friendly person and I will encourage you to accomplish your goals.
