In my overview as an ESL Instructor, I teach beginners from basic to advanced, Speaking and conversational. As an ESL teacher, I've encountered various nationalities with different cultures. I'm not really into teaching before but when I tried ESL teaching it helps me a lot it boost my personality and my self-esteem. Talking to students every day exchanging conversation is not only for students, but it was also for teachers to boost our character traits and communication skill.My lessons & teaching style
I follow the student's strengths and weaknesses and insert the different methodologies. Teachers must be students centered it helps a lot for students especially when they are beginners. In my case as an adult mentor, I have my own materials before I conduct classes I am making sure that the materials or books to use are proper on my student's level so that my class will go smoothly and the students must easily understand the discussion.My teaching material
