Hello, I'm HY. I'm also a language learner like you. I've been studying English for my whole life, and also I began to learn Chinese and Spanish these days. Since I have many experiences of learning another language, I can totally understand how you feel about learning Korean. Korean is very tricky to learn since it's a totally different language from another one.
I really love an informal style of and fun class. So I want you to express your opinion very freely. I'm a good listener and I will be trying a lot of efforts to improve your speaking korean in a very fun way.

I've been teaching korean informally to my foreign friends. I was in US for a year and some of my friends really wanted to learn korean. So I taught them korean whatever it's small or big whenever we hung out.
Also, when I was in a lab, my lab-mates were usually from South-East Asia. Since they have to talk in korean when communicating, I always helped them. They usually took a grammar class, but learning a grammar and communicating is totally different as you know. I want to level up your speaking skills!My lessons & teaching style
I mostly want to improve you korean communication skills, but not in a boring way.
I want to make use of media or korean drama to teach a conversational korean. And that is what I'm using when I learn another language.

I was nervous for my lesson but she Teacher Kim really made me feel comfortable! She catered to my requests and adjusted to my fluency level. She also explained new vocabulary well. Would definitely take her class again! ❤️

After many lessons with 혜영 I think I can give an accurate review. She is always on time and friendly, and it seems she genuinely wants to teach me things. She is also good at teaching! An example of this during last lesson: She gave me a task to do by using the grammar she had taught me moments before. Very efficient and very effective ^_^ 10/10 <3
