About Me

Hi! Merhaba! Hola! I'm Yunus Emre. I'm a university student (psychology) and I'm currently living in Turkey. I like reading books, listening to different types of music, travelling, and thinking about the meaning of life :)! My mission on Italki is to help others learn Turkish and English.

Me as a Teacher

My method in learning a new language is to practice a lot. If you are trying to learn a new language, you must behave like a baby, try to listen to others and make meanings of what they say. I do not follow school-like structured lessons. Instead, I try to have as much communication as possible. I go over the frequently used phrases and structures to make sure that you are able to speak and understand basics of the language in a few days!

My lessons & teaching style

I'm a kind and a patient person. I like teaching and helping others a lot. We can talk about what you need and improve on those particular subjects or just have some casual conversations to have fun!
