I'm a patient, attentive and creative person who loves to learn new things. I like the outdoors and socialising. My professional backgrounds includes careers such as modeling, auditing, project management, events planning, mentoring and running a Non-Profit Organisation. Doing diverse things peaks great interest in me.
Music and art are my happy place. I enjoy getting to know different people from all cultures & backgrounds. I currently live in South Africa and travel a lot to experience new things. I even listen to Korean, German, French & Spanish music, series & films.

I am fluent in English and Afrikaans. Professional and conversational Afrikaans are my main focus points. I have audited, mentored, taught and studied in Afrikaans so I can teach the entire spectrum of the language.
I have taught everyone from high school students to professional business people. I have helped students with exams and corporate individuals with work presentations. I teach primarily with current events and personal interests in mind. Your goal for learning the language will influence my approach greatly.

My lessons start with learning the basic rules of Afrikaans then formulating introductory phrases. Once you've gotten a grasp of these we then move into the body of work. This will be different depending on your goal for learning the language.
If it is for a professional environment then we will get into etiquette, formal talk, professional conversations and presentation delivery. Our tools for learning will include boardroom conversations, newspaper articles, books and presentations.
If you would like to learn Afrikaans for conversational purposes. We will start with the rules of the language, basic sentence formation and conversations. Learning materials include music and films.My teaching material
