Greetings to all. 🙌 If you are looking for an experienced and certified Tibetan teacher then you are on the right profile! I am a native Tibetan speaker and currently, I am living in Dharamsala, India. I have completed my Bachelor’s Degree (Shastri Degree) in Tibetan Grammar and Literature, along with English and Buddhist Philosophy from the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies, Sarnath, Varanasi, and my Master’s degree from Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Gangtok, Sikkim. I also work as a translator from English to Tibetan, and vice versa. My goal with teaching and life in general is to provide people with more value than they expect. 🙂Me as a Teacher
For over five years, I've been instructing Tibetan language online to individuals who aren't native speakers. Throughout this experience, I've covered a spectrum of subjects, ranging from Classical and standard Tibetan to colloquial speech, grammar, reading, and calligraphy, catering to students at all skill levels. With a roster exceeding 125 students, I've witnessed their progression from novice to adept, a testament to the collaborative efforts invested by both student and instructor. My commitment lies in demystifying Tibetan pronunciation, everyday usage, and overall fluency, tailored to each student's learning objectives.

Learning with me is fun and relaxed; 😃there is no need to be nervous about making mistakes. Your level, motivations, and learning style are more important to me, so I always keep that in mind. I am a relaxed teacher that is dedicated to your success in learning Tibetan. I will set you homework that will help you to solidify what you have learned. We can study videos, texts, audios, and other content you find interesting. Norbu is very creative and quickly finding what level I am and we start upgrading my level from that level of understanding. Also he understands very well my personal aims so I feel very encouraged and comfortable continuing learning Tibetan language on that way.
