My name is Mari, and I am studying social work at OsloMet University. I have just travelled South America for half a year by myself, to learn about the world before going back to studies.
Before travelling I was a professional soccer player in Norway, and I have also worked several years as a soccer coach and in a grocery store.Me as a Teacher
I am certified with the TEFL course for teaching. I want to teach Norwegian, as it is my native language with a culture that I have a passion for.
During my years as a soccer/goalkeeping coach, I grew a passion for helping people towards their goals, and seeing development and progress after someone has worked for it, is something I find very inspirationalMy lessons & teaching style
I want you as a student to take part of the prosess, and as much as possible take part of the planning prosess so you will learn what and in a way that suits you.

I have been doing lessons with Mari for a few weeks now and she has been so helpful and fun! She always creates lessons around my wants and needs and is super accommodating. I really wanted a tutor who was going to be more of friend than a teacher and Mari is the perfect balance

Jeg hadde en god time med Mari. Vi snakket mye om forskjellige temaer. I tillegg har vi lest en artikkel om restaurantbransjen. Jeg lærte mye og det var veldig hyggelig å møte Mari og høre på hennes typiske norske aksent. :)
