Thankyou for visiting my profile. My name is Tabitha from Kenya. Am a native Swahili and Kikuyu speaker. Am a high school teacher by profession, teaching Kiswahili and Christian religious education. Besides teaching I coach and mentor young girls, educating them on how to deal with life's issues. During my free time, I love reading motivational and entrepreneurial books. I also like hiking and nature walks. I enjoy interacting with people from different cultures.Me as a Teacher
Am a graduate of The Catholic University of Eastern Africa. I hold a bachelor's degree in Kiswahili and Christian Religious Education. I have been teaching Swahili in both primary and secondary schools for over 10 years. I have also been teaching Swahili and Kikuyu online for one year. Am a patient and empathetic teacher, and I hold my students' hands until they achieve the set goals. Teaching is my profession and passion.My lessons & teaching style
I take teaching seriously and professionally yet with a lot of fun. I ensure that every lesson is learner-centered. I offer conversational, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary classes. I build up interactive presentations to facilitate learning. I like using pictures that help us build up a conversation based on the learner's discovery.
