Hello there! I am Gül Arslan from Istanbul, Turkey. I am 26 years old and I have Bachelor's Degree in English - Turkish Translation and Interpreting.
I am a TESOL certified English teacher and Turkish commuity teacher. After flying and travelling around the world as a cabin crew for 3 years, I now have moved and settled down in Barcelona, Spain to continue my teaching and linguistics career. I am currently teaching English and Turkish both online and offline here in Barcelona. I am intersted in music, positive psychology / mindfulness and other languages (Spanish for now) and constantly reading and studying about these areas!Me as a Teacher
I am a passionate teacher of English and Turkish. My love for sharing knowledge has increased more and more over the years. I am learning Spanish as well, currently B1 level and that enables me emphatize with the students well. I am organised and detail oriented so I look out the needs of the students and organize my classes accordingly. I am quite an approachable person so that my students would be comfortable asking questions. I love sharing experiences and help each other grow as better humans every day!My lessons & teaching style
My classes are based on speaking and conversational language. I'll be looking into improve my student's speaking skills and pronunciations. By enabling them having proper conversations on different topics, I am looking into improve their knowledge both on grammar and as well as their vocabulary. I love to have fun in my classes and enjoy them all along! So I am happy to include the interests and hobbies of my students in my classes to improve your skills on those topics, too.My teaching material
